I just began reading this one. I've been a green tea junky for the past 3 months. I've lost 8 pounds since drinking it habitually and trading grandualated sugar for alternative sweeteners in my tea, coffee and cereal/oatmeal. I figured this book I checked out at the library would benefit me. More on the book following my completion of reading it/5(2).
